SHIPPING POLICY

Rodarte currently accepts orders shipping within the United States. International orders are not available. Items will ship within 2 business days from purchase.

Orders will ship via FedEx with a direct signature required. An adult must be available at the listed address to sign for the package.

Standard Ground shipping fees are a flat rate of $15. Packages will deliver within 3-5 business days of dispatch.

Free Ground shipping is available for orders over $500 by entering the code "freeship500" at checkout.

Expedited shipping options are available. Orders must be placed by 11am PST to be processed same day.
2-Day shipping and handling is available for a flat rate of $35.
Overnight shipping and handling is available for a flat rate of $75.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Rodarte is not responsible for delays in shipping due to conditions such as weather or air travel delays.

*Ground and Overnight shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii or Alaska.
 

RETURN POLICY

Rodarte does not accept returns at this time. Exchanges will be accepted within 5 business days upon receipt of package. Exchange inquiries must be emailed to store@rodarte.net.

Upon approval, an Exchange Authorization # and Return Form will be provided to the customer by email. The EA # must be marked on the outside and the form must be included in the parcel.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned goods to receive store credit.

Goods must be in unused, unaltered and clean condition with original packaging and tags. Soiled or scuffed shoes will not be accepted for exchange.

The customer will assume return shipping charges for exchanges.

Rodarte will not be liable for return packages that are lost or stolen.

Exchanges or returns will only be accepted for items purchased from www.rodarte.net. Goods purchased from outside vendors will not be accepted.
